Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4–6 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
  • To cancel, contact our support team with your Order ID.

2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of ayurvedic and wellness products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

  • Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered
  • This ensures hygiene, safety, and product authenticity

Note: We strongly recommend reviewing product details before placing an order.

3. Damaged / Wrong Product

We only accept complaints in the following cases:

  • Product is damaged
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing items in order

Conditions:

  • Report within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos / unboxing video
    • Description of issue

After verification, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered

Refund Process:

  • Initiated after verification
  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Credited to original payment method

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are not available
  • Only allowed in case of damaged or incorrect product

6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds / returns will not be accepted in cases of:

  • Change of mind
  • Opened or used products
  • Minor packaging damage
  • Delay in delivery (courier-related)
