Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 4–6 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
- To cancel, contact our support team with your Order ID.
2. Return Policy
Due to the nature of ayurvedic and wellness products, we follow a strict no-return policy.
- Returns are not accepted once the product is delivered
- This ensures hygiene, safety, and product authenticity

3. Damaged / Wrong Product
We only accept complaints in the following cases:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing items in order

- Report within 48 hours of delivery

- Clear photos / unboxing video
- Description of issue
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement
- Store credit
- Refund (if applicable)
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong item delivered
Refund Process:
- Initiated after verification
- Processed within 5–10 business days
- Credited to original payment method
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are not available
- Only allowed in case of damaged or incorrect product
6. Non-Refundable Cases

- Change of mind

- Minor packaging damage
- Delay in delivery (courier-related)
