Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines:
    • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
    • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier availability.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on location and order value.
  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

5. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently deliver across India.
  • International shipping is not available (unless specified).

6. Delivery Issues

Delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Courier/logistics delays
  • Public holidays or unforeseen circumstances

Sanjivani Wellness is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 4–6 hours of placing the order.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Return Policy

Due to the nature of ayurvedic and wellness products, we follow a no-return policy.

  • Returns are not accepted after delivery
  • This ensures hygiene and product safety

9. Damaged / Wrong Product

We accept issues only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items

To raise a request:

  • Contact within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order ID
    • Photos / unboxing video

10. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only if:

  • Product is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item delivered

Refund Process:

  • Verified by our team
  • Processed within 5–10 business days
  • Credited to original payment method

11. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Used or opened products
  • Minor packaging damage
  • Delivery delays
